Four Square is a dedicated family-owned company specialising in furniture and interiors for the education and private sectors. They supply furniture to schools, colleges, universities, other public sector organisations and all private sector businesses.

What was the problem?

Four Square had been reliant on sharing their sister company’s software systems, Access Dimensions and Smartsheet, for their ERP and CRM needs, but as their business evolved it became clear that they required a solution to match their own ambitious growth plans, and better suited to their unique business needs. Their incumbent solutions had limited integration, as well as a number of manual interfaces and processes, and there was also a potential business conflict of interest.

Four Square required a system that would provide complete support for their business operations today, with the flexibility to scale and absorb future operations.

What did BrightBridge do?

With these requirements in mind, Four Square selected NetSuite and chose BrightBridge as its NetSuite implementation partner. It was viewed as the best value proposition.

Morgan Doouss, Sales & Marketing Manager, at Four Square explains, “Both NetSuite and BrightBridge worked hard to win our business. They took the time to listen to what was required and answered any questions or doubts we had. They also introduced us to the wider NetSuite community which helped validate our decision.”

Doouss continues, “We looked at various ERP systems from companies such as Sage and FinancialForce but the NetSuite cloud-based solution made absolute sense for us as a business. The major attraction of the system was that we could get all we wanted from one single platform and from one single supplier.”

At the time of the project, Four Square was in temporary accommodation, as their existing premises were being extensively redeveloped. NetSuite became even more compelling for them as the solution resides in the cloud it meant they could relocate the business without the need to move internal servers.

Ian Robertson, Sales & Marketing Director, at BrightBridge, comments, “Four Square is a prime example of a growing business who completely embrace the benefits of the cloud. NetSuite’s architecture enables Four Square to avoid high IT capital costs and the ongoing maintenance associated with on-premise software.”

Morgan Doouss concludes, “We are extremely happy with our NetSuite implementation. BrightBridge has demonstrated strong commitment and dedication throughout the process and brought the project in on time and on budget. Their consultants are knowledgeable and approachable, and the project has been run as a true partnership. Four Square would have no hesitation in recommending BrightBridge to any other companies considering implementing NetSuite.”
