BrightBridge Solutions was engaged by Koine in late 2018 when the business was in its pre-revenue and development stage. It worked closely with Chief Financial, Risk and Information Officers to satisfy the high levels of security and compliance required. In order to deliver this, we implemented NetSuite OneWorld for UK subsidiaries and positioned a multi-company structure so further global subsidiaries could be effortlessly added in the future.
Koine’s secure, bank grade infrastructure has already been recognised, having been awarded Best New Tech at the world’s largest Foreign Exchange (FX) technology conference, Trade Tech FX, in Miami in February 2019. It is excellent for Koine to receive such early market recognition.
Koine is authorised as an Electronic Money Institution (“EMI”) by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) for the issuance of electronic money.
