The role

The Pre Sales consultant will be responsible for:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the NetSuite solution, SuiteSuccess best practices and the ‘Built for NetSuite’ partner products to enable you to relate them to the business operations of our clients and prospects and articulate the benefits that will be gained by their implementation.
  • Providing assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process to identify customers business requirements.
  • Designing solutions utilising NetSuite, partner ‘Built for NetSuite’ solutions, our integration and other solutions.
  • Delivering demonstrations to deliver Proof of Concept and differentiate our solutions from the competition to audiences of varied technical knowledge.
  • Assisting in the development of compelling formal written sales proposals outlining business benefits.
  • Assist in the compilation of Statement of Works and ensure that those SoWs are in line with best practice and client requirements.
  • Assist with transition of projects from Sales to Delivery.
  • Timely completion of RFI/RFP tender responses.
  • Assisting the Account Managers with account planning and accompany them on customer meetings.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.
  • Sharing industry and product knowledge with customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Develop and maintain effective demonstration environments for identified verticals/solutions.
  • Assist in the identification of new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users.
  • Engage in product training to maintain high product knowledge.
  • Deliver product training and knowledge amongst the sales function to maintain a high level of competency.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information, to include – activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI’s.


The ideal candidate will have experience in providing Pre-Sales Consulting for ERP solutions.
