Microsoft AX and Dynamics 365 F&SCM Support Analyst

BrightBridge is recruiting for a Microsoft AX and Dynamics 365 F&SCM Support Analyst. You will work within the Microsoft practice of our business to help support AX and F&SCM customers. In addition the role will also provide the opportunity to work on the delivery of large and complex Dynamics solutions for our customers.

The focus of this role is split between providing excellent support to our existing AX 2012 and F&SCM customers and developing quality Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions whilst working alongside other talented individuals in the team. Not only will you gain further expertise within Dynamics 365 F&SCM but also surrounding technologies such as the Power Platform and Azure.


The successful candidate will have a combination of the following skills and attributes:

  • Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management support and project work
  • Experience with Finance, Supply chain, Projects functionality are the key modules
  • Triage of issues and on-going support
  • Problem solving
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Working to agreed SLA’s
  • Unit and system testing
  • Liaise and advise customer during testing, fix and release as and when required
  • Comply with best practices
  • Ability to travel and flexibility in work schedule
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter & independent thinker with the aptitude to work autonomously
  • Full UK driving licence

You must be able to live and work in the UK by either holding a valid UK working visa or be eligible to do so by other qualifying means.
