Hindawi Limited, one of the world’s largest publishers of peer-reviewed, fully open access journals, has selected BrightBridge to lead their implementation and integration of Oracle NetSuite.
We were delighted that Hindawi were introduced to us via an existing customer. The engagement style was a first for the team at BrightBridge, as the selection process was all handled remotely during the Covid-19 restrictions. Hindawi felt their existing system had reached the end of its capabilities. With an eye on the future, they felt that a modern, cloud-based ERP application like Oracle NetSuite was a natural fit moving forward.
“As Hindawi is a company that is rapidly growing in size and complexity, we knew we needed a finance system that could meet our needs in five years time just as well as it could meet our needs right now. Having worked with NetSuite before, I knew it was robust, adaptable and powerful and also offered the global reach that matched our own long-term goals,” shared Patrick Hoar, Director of Finance.
“Along with choosing the right system, it was also clear we needed the right solution provider for this journey. A trusted former colleague recommended BrightBridge and from the outset BrightBridge have been proactive, engaged and honest. During these challenging times when face-to-face contact is not possible, BrightBridge have established good working relationships with me and with our Technology team and have consistently endeavoured to be available to provide the support we need as and when we need it.”
“From the moment we received the requirements specification, we quickly identified that NetSuite would be the perfect fit for Hindawi” said Sales Executive Tim Cowley. “We are very proud that such an established and respected company like Hindawi have decided that BrightBridge Solutions is able to help them leverage the robust capabilities of NetSuite.”
