Against the backdrop of the global health issues, we wanted to update all of our customers and assure them that it is very much business as usual for all of our functions here at BrightBridge.
Our team are continuing to work as normal, either at home or in our offices but, in general, customer visits have now stopped. Some of our customers have already had to close their offices, but in these instances, we have carried on with any planned activities – including workshops that would normally be face to face, via online video/web calls, so these have been unaffected.
We are obviously keeping up to date with the government guidelines as they develop and change, and we have a duty of care to all of our team. Equally, we also believe that all businesses have a responsibility to continue, if they can do so safely, to function as normal wherever possible.
Specifically, all of the front and back-office systems we use are cloud-based and all of our team can access these services from any internet-enabled location. These include:
- Office 365 for all email communications
- Microsoft Teams for all Telephones, Web/Audio meetings, messaging, etc.
- NetSuite for all our case management activities
- TeamWork for project collaboration
- NetSuite for all other business functions
